Job description

Summary:
Provides technical support for end-users' desktop hardware and software issues. Troubleshoots, installs, and configures systems, supporting users remotely, and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues. Usually requires a degree in IT. Customer Service experience required.
  • Strong communication skills - ready to take on lengthy, sometimes tedious phone conversations. Communications well with leadership during time
  • Previous technical experience preferred - Point-of-Sale experience, Android experience, Payment devices and other store specific hardware
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • A good attitude and willingness to learn & grow
