This position reports to:

We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of process quality across the organization. This role plays a key part in systematic quality data analysis, coordination of preventive measures, and support of continuous improvement projects.


The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, enjoys working with data, and is motivated to actively contribute to increasing process efficiency and stability while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The work model for the role is: onsite

 

This role is contributing to the ELSP division.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Regular analysis of quality data

  • Coordination of preventive actions

  • Coordination of continuous improvement projects

  • Support of quality systems and document management

  • Development of measurement and analysis tools

Qualifications for the Role:

  • Secondary or university education in Electrical Engineering

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • English and Czech language proficiency at B2 level

  • Six Sigma – Green Belt certification
