Job Description Summary:

Position Summary

The RCM Systems Administrator will be responsible for creating and managing system permissions and user accounts, technical projects involving the creation of automation macros within the RCM organization, 3rd party Payer Portal management, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, gSuite Google Drive folder administration for BOOST - including Global Vendors, RCM Teams, and RCM Clients. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Global User Access Management

    • Maintain secure logs for all incoming requests from Global Teams, including requests for New Access, Terminations, and Trouble Tickets

    • Submit requests for ModMed People Ops or ModMed IT using established templates that correspond with the request type and include necessary stakeholders in ticket requests for visibility and/or approval.

    • Global User Troubleshooting on an as-needed basis, which may include scheduling remote virtual meetings with the Global Team leads to review issues and provide feedback for resolution.

    • Coordinate meetings between MMIT and our offshore partners when necessary

  • Access provision of RCM team members (US and Global) to MMBS 3rd Party Payer Portals 

    • Including, but not limited to: Optum Pay/Link, Health Partners, NaviNet, Availity (Admin/Security) 

    • Client Associations as needed, linking to the 3rd Party Payer Portals (Admin/Security)

  • Monitoring the security of data

    • Responsible for ensuring data sent offshore adheres to offshore data security practices

    • Maintain internal user access via gSuite and our proprietary software mmPM – (IT support)

    • Responsible for presenting security processes to external security auditors  - user access and provisioning 

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience managing processes involving multiple stakeholders simultaneously  

  • Proven knowledge and ability to perform automation script writing 

  • Proficient knowledge of business software applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities using sound judgment and discretion 

  • Professional demeanor required
