The Job

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end sales commission process while delivering analytics and insights on incentive compensation plans across the Sales organization. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely commission payments while providing insights to improve incentive compensation effectiveness and sales performance. The Senior Analyst partners cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Finance, and HR to design and implement strategies, processes, and tools that drive and optimize overall sales performance

You Will

  • Ensure accuracy of commission payments by auditing data, resolving discrepancies and enforcing compensation rules.

  • Analyze compensation trends and provide actionable insights on sales performance

  • Maintain and enhance commission systems, tools and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency

  • Respond to sales inquiries regarding commission payments and provide clear explanations of compensation calculations

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, reduce errors, and enhance user experience

Your Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of related experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills

  • Process Improvement Expertise: Strong ability to identify and optimize sales processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Effective in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration and support of sales operations.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy

  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts

  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
