What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Regional Director

What You Will Do in the Role

  • Operational Leadership (20%): Provide strategic direction, communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations to ensure alignment with sales goals, service excellence, and brand standards.

  • Talent Development (20%): Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and development initiatives.

  • Performance Management (15%): Establish goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance and development reviews.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%): Partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise initiatives and shared priorities.

  • Venue Oversight & Hospitality Coaching (30%): Travel frequently to assigned venues to observe operations, provide in-person coaching, recognize strong performance, and ensure consistent hospitality delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)

  • 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership across multiple states (required)

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations (preferred)

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic action plans

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability
