About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive new business, manage the full B2B sales cycle, and build strong client relationships.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role for someone who can take an opportunity from initial outreach through signed agreement.
You’ll be responsible for:

Own the complete sales process from prospecting through close:

Identify new business opportunities and maintain consistent activity across every stage of the sales funnel.
Pipeline Generation & Management
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and follow-up.
- Prioritize opportunities based on fit, intent, and revenue potential.
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline to keep deals moving.
- Track pipeline activity, next steps, and expected close dates.
Discovery & Consultative Selling
- Conduct structured discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Understand business needs, pain points, priorities, and buying motivations.
- Ask thoughtful questions to identify the right solution.
- Tailor sales conversations and presentations to each prospect.
- Communicate business value clearly rather than relying on feature-based selling.
Sales Presentations & Closing
- Deliver professional sales presentations and solution recommendations.
- Build credibility with business owners and decision-makers.

- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines.

Client Relationship Management

Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a related revenue-generating role.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle.
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
