Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of backend/frontend development skills, cloud experience, and deep knowledge of Active Directory and identity technologies.

You will work in a DevOps-driven environment delivering scalable applications while supporting critical identity infrastructure that underpins enterprise-wide services.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular and/or React, with strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Solid experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot to build scalable REST API
• Engineer and support enterprise Active Directory and identity services nice to have
• Build and enhance backend APIs and microservices
• Develop modern, responsive frontend applications
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud-native environments
• Automate infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Support authentication and authorization systems across the enterprise
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems and applications
• Collaborate across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams
• Active Directory knowledge and experience.
• Some experience of supporting one or more of the following:Group Policy Objects (GPO)Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).Lightweight Directory Services (LDS).Office 365.Azure AD Connect.
• Experience of supporting Active Directory in the cloud (AWS or Azure) an advantage.
• Knowledge of Windows PowerShell and UNIX/Linux command shell commands an advantage.

We are currently operating under a hybrid model, with some flexibility for remote working. However, Fidelity is gradually transitioning towards a full-time return to the office, as we believe this will help strengthen our culture and enhance both the associate and customer experience. At present, this transition is expected to begin from 2027 onwards, although no fixed timeline has been confirmed.
