In this role, you will work directly with the Product Lead, helping translate business needs into actionable work for engineering teams while coordinating priorities, tracking project execution, and ensuring successful product delivery. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining product management, project coordination, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced software environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and prioritize product backlogs while supporting project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate activities between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Track project progress, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, blockers, and action items, proactively driving follow-up and resolution.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate product roadmap activities, releases, and launch readiness while maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Prepare clear status updates and communicate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders, escalating blockers and coordinating change requests when needed.
  • Support AI-related initiatives and leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve research, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Coordinator, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar software-focused role.

  • Experience supporting or managing software products throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and common project management methodologies.
  • Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Experience gathering requirements and managing Agile product backlogs.
  • Experience coordinating multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with shifting requirements.
  • Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and software development processes.
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
  • Experience supporting AI-enabled products or digital platforms.

  • Experience with project scheduling or resource management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
  • CAPM, CSM, PMP, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working with distributed or international teams.
