ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
The National Resident Matching Program® (NRMP®) is a private, not-for-profit organization established in 1952 to provide a uniform date of appointment to positions in graduate medical education (GME) in the United States. The NRMP is not an application processing service; rather, it provides an impartial venue for matching applicants’ and programs’ preferences for each other consistently. The NRMP conducts the annual Main Residency Match encompassing 40,000 applicants for more than 25,000 positions in core residencies as well as Matches for fellowship positions in 55 subspecialties through its Specialties Matching Service®.
POSITION SUMMARY
The NRMP Policy and Compliance team promotes and enforces the policies and procedures that protect the integrity of the Matching Program. The Compliance Analyst engages in effective oversight of case management activities to ensure consistent application and adherence by constituents to the rules and regulations outlined in the NRMP’s Match Participation Agreements and related policies. The Compliance Analyst also supports the maintenance of accurate case management records and assists with constituent outreach efforts, mainly on matters related to promoting broad-based understanding of Match compliance.
Security and Privacy responsibilities are identified in the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which applies to all users, roles, and NRMP resources.

This position is currently remote, but typically located in the Washington DC office, with occasional overnight travel. The role is primarily sedentary; may require some bending and lifting.

Compensation: $75,000- $84,200 commensurate with experience
