Performance Marketing Manager - Social

We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and strategic Performance Marketing Social Media Manager to join our O&O Media Buying Team. This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into the metrics just as much as crafting compelling content and knows how to turn clicks into conversions! 

 

Areas That Will Play to Your Strengths (all the responsibilities we’ll trust you with, no pressure πŸ˜‰):

 

  • Strategy & Execution:
    • You will create from scratch, develop, implement and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Native platforms, etc.) with clear performance goals (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
    • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure all assets are optimized for performance.

 

  • Analytics & Optimization:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
    • Run A/B tests and continuously refine targeting, creative and copy to maximize ROI and gross profit.
    • You will stay ahead of trends, audience preferences, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns competitive. 

 

  • Collaboration & Growth:
    • You will partner with internal teams to bring campaigns to life and align them with business objectives.
    • Research competitors and industry benchmarks to uncover growth opportunities.

 

What Will Put You Ahead:


  • Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social or growth-focused social media management.
    Conversion Champion: You have a proven track record of managing and scaling social media paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Metrics Mindset: You understand performance marketing KPIs like CVR, CPL, ROAS, differences between bidding strategies like max conversions and tCPA, Highest Value, etc.
  • Targeting Pro: You have a strong understanding of social media algorithms, targeting strategies, and attribution models.
  • Data Decoder: You have an analytical mindset with comfort working in dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
  • Design-Savvy: You have a creative eye for engaging content, ad copy, and visual storytelling.
  • Extra Bonus Points: If you have experience with third-party tracking platforms like Voluum, RedTrack, FunnelFlux, or similar.

  • Preferred Locations: Denver, CO or Southern, CA
  • Base Salary Range: i.e., $65,000 to $90,000
  • Competitive bonus in addition to base salary compensation
  • Status: Full-Time, Salaried Exempt
