Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities? Douglas Services LLC (DSLLC) is looking for compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals in their family homes and communities!

Since 2002, we’ve been a trusted, Georgia-licensed Medicaid provider, delivering community-based care in Metro Atlanta and DBHDD Regions 1, 2, 3, and 6. If you’re looking for meaningful work that truly impacts lives—this is the job for you!

What You'll Do:

✔ Empower & Support – Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) to promote independence and well-being

✔ Teach & Engage – Help develop new skills through personalized learning experiences based on their Individualized Service Plan (ISP)

✔ Build Connections – Provide opportunities for socialization and community involvement

✔ Follow Personalized Care Plans – Ensure quality and individualized attention to meet each participant’s unique needs

What You Bring to the Team:

✔ Education: High school diploma or GED required

✔ Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus!

✔ Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration (or willingness to obtain)

✔ Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening

✔ Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a dependable vehicle

Schedule & Availability:

🕒 Part-Time: 19 hours/week (Monday – Friday) 🚗 Shift: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM (Must be available to pick up the individual at 3:30 PM)
