About the role

We are hiring a Front End Engineer (Twig/Vue) to build up a robust, performant cutting edge front end for internal and external solutions.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain clean, responsive, and user-friendly frontend experiences using modern JavaScript, CSS, CSS pre-processors, HTML, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Work with Twig and PHP to support frontend features and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain embeds, code snippets, iframes, and third-party integrations.
  • Integrate external APIs and services using SDKs and other appropriate technologies.
  • Implement multilingual functionality and manage translations across the product.
  • Optimize frontend performance through techniques such as lazy loading, efficient asset delivery, and other performance best practices.
  • Implement and maintain analytics, tracking scripts, and event tracking.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-structured code with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement appropriate automated tests and quality checks to ensure production-ready releases.
  • Produce clear technical documentation for new features, integrations, and technical solutions.
  • Create demo and example pages to showcase, test, and validate new functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to turn requirements into high-quality, production-ready features.

What we are looking for

  • Strong experience (6+ years) with Vanilla JavaScript, modern CSS, HTML, and Twig.
  • Hands-on experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.js (3+ years) or similar framework, including Tailwind CSS for responsive UI development.
  • Working knowledge of PHP (3+ years) and Symfony, with some experience using EasyAdmin.
  • Experience building and maintaining embeds, code snippets, iframes, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience implementing multilingual functionality and managing translations.
  • Confidence integrating external APIs and services through SDKs.
  • A strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, including lazy loading and efficient asset loading.
  • Experience implementing and managing analytics, tracking scripts, and event tracking.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a good eye for clean, responsive, and user-friendly UI.
  • A commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of features from implementation through to delivery.
  • Experience implementing automated tests and quality checks, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with product, design, and development teams.
  • A clear communicator with good documentation habits and the ability to produce useful technical documentation for features and integrations.
  • Experience creating demo and example pages to showcase and validate new functionality.
