Position Overview
We’re hiring an experienced attorney in the San Antonio area. You’ll carry a meaningful docket, appear in court regularly, and receive hands-on training in our trial-tested litigation methodology, working alongside attorneys recognized as leaders in Texas transportation defense.


What You’ll Do

  • Handle a dynamic docket of civil litigation matters, primarily commercial auto liability and trucking accident defense cases
  • Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and attend court appearances
  • Work closely with clients, insurers, and team members to develop case strategies
  • Prepare cases for trial and participate as first- or second-chair


What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Texas attorney with insurance defense litigation experience
  • Demonstrated deposition and trial experience — first-chair preferred
  • Commercial transportation or trucking defense background a strong plus
  • Ability to manage docket independently from day one


Compensation & Benefits

  • $130,000 to $225,000 per year based on experience
  • Monthly and quarterly billable hour bonuses of up to $20,000 or more annually for attorneys meeting a 150-hour/month pace
  • 401(k) with 6% firm contributions every paycheck, and no employee contribution required

  • Ability to work remotely or in an office setting
