What You'll Do

  • Work directly with partners and associates on active commercial auto and trucking defense cases
  • Draft motions, briefs, and key litigation documents under attorney supervision
  • Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
  • Assist with case strategy, factual development, and trial preparation
  • Handle matters involving significant liability – including cases with policies exceeding $1 million
