  • Strategic Optimization: Analyze complex campaign performance data to identify critical trends and implement proactive strategies that rapidly optimize client ROI and maximize media value.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technology) to ensure flawless campaign execution and translate strategic insights into tangible results.
  • Market Intelligence: Proactively monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify and develop creative solutions for new revenue potential within existing accounts.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain transparent, clear communication with clients, delivering regular performance updates and compelling, data-backed strategic recommendations.

  • Results-Driven Track Record: A documented history of exceeding sales goals and building strong, enduring client relationships.
  • Industry Fluency: In-depth knowledge of key performance verticals (e.g., finance, insurance, home services, and lead generation).
  • Analytical Power: Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of delivering complex insights clearly to C-suite partners.
  • Mindset: Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude required to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while going the extra mile for success.

Why Madrivo?

We are a world-ranked leader in the affiliate marketing space, recognized globally as one of the Top 5 Best CPA Networks and certified as a Great Place to Work three years in a row.
