Job description

Yellowstone Local is proud to represent Lone Star Fire Sprinkler, Inc., a leader in fire protection and life safety systems.

If you’re an experienced fire sprinkler designer who wants to work on large-scale commercial projects and grow into estimating or project management, this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career.

  • Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

What You’ll Do

This position is based in Richland Hills, TX, and is not a remote role. Specifically, you’ll:

  • Design fire sprinkler systems for commercial and industrial projects

  • Create layouts, device placement drawings, and riser diagrams

  • Perform calculations and ensure code compliance

  • Review plans, specs, and bid documents

  • Collaborate with PMs, estimators, and field teams

  • Support preconstruction and takeoffs when needed

  • Revise drawings based on field and AHJ feedback

  • Deliver accurate, buildable system designs
