Review roofing inspection reports, roof photos, measurements, and supporting documentation
Analyze roof conditions and identify storm damage, leaks, wear, and other roofing concerns
Determine whether a project requires repair, maintenance, restoration, or replacement
Prepare detailed and accurate residential and commercial roofing estimates based on available inspection information, including commercial roofing systems such as TPO and other low-slope applications
Enter estimates, project notes, and follow-up details into JobNimbus
Request additional information or coordinate an on-site inspection when documentation is incomplete
Communicate estimate details and project recommendations with internal production and operations teams
Monitor assigned projects and maintain organized, accurate documentation
Manage multiple estimates while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy
