Job description

Do you thrive at the intersection of business complexity and technical delivery β€” turning ambiguous processes into the structured logic that makes AI systems actually work? πŸ§ βš™οΈ Join us to define how decisions get made, how workflows behave, and how AI solutions align with real operational reality.

🌟 What we offer

  • A central role in shaping AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients in insurance, healthcare, and complex operations environments

  • Direct collaboration with AI Engineers and Full-Stack Developers to translate business logic into scalable systems

  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI products: agents, copilots, and workflow automation at enterprise scale

  • High ownership from day one β€” you define scope, logic, and validation, not just document what others decide

  • A world-class team and a flexible hybrid/remote setup

πŸ§‘πŸ»β€πŸ’» Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with SMEs and stakeholders to understand, challenge, and map complex business processes at both high-level and detailed operational levels

  • Define end-to-end decision logic, workflow behavior, exception handling, and validation criteria in close collaboration with client stakeholders, operations teams, and engineering

  • Actively define β€” together with engineers and stakeholders β€” the scope, boundaries, decision points, and expected behaviors of AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions across claims, benefits, care management, and related domains

  • Structure and formalize business rules, operational criteria, and system behaviors from policies, SOPs, legacy systems, and stakeholder input into clear functional logic that technical teams can implement

  • Drive validation and testing efforts: define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and evaluation approaches to ensure alignment with expected outcomes

  • Work directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams to refine requirements, resolve ambiguities, surface tradeoffs, and support prioritization throughout delivery

  • Maintain clear documentation of workflows, decision trees, business rules, system interactions, and expected outputs, ensuring shared understanding across all teams

🀝 If you have

  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated, operations-intensive industries

  • Strong understanding of complex operational workflows such as claims, benefits administration, authorizations, case management, or back-office processes

  • Proven ability to break down complex business problems into structured workflows, decision logic, and actionable requirements β€” with sharp judgment around edge cases and exceptions

  • Advanced English, written and spoken, with direct experience working with North American or European clients and stakeholders

  • High autonomy, ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

🦾 It’s a plus

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, specifically LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks

  • Experience working in large enterprise organizations or alongside engineering teams building AI-powered systems

  • Background in process mapping or business rules formalization (BPMN, decision tables, or similar)

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent

  • SQL or basic data querying skills
