What You'll Do:

• Provide personalized support to our clients online.

• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.

• Educate clients on our products and services.

• Resolve client inquiries and address any concerns promptly and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

• Continuously improve your customer service skills and product knowledge.

What You Bring:

• Experience in customer service or a related field (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
• Willingness to obtain a professional license
