Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury (Remote)

We are recruiting for experienced Litigation Attorneys for our client, a growing plaintiffs personal injury practice based in Dallas, TX. The firm represents its clients with empathy and respect, focusing on their mission to provide top-tier legal services and improve the lives of those they represent.

Responsibilities of the Litigation Attorney:
As a litigation attorney, you will manage a variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and fall incidents. Your duties will include:

  • Filing lawsuits
  • Drafting and responding to written discovery
  • Taking depositions
  • Participating in mediation
  • Handling all aspects of the litigation process

Requirements for the Litigation Attorney position:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in discovery, depositions, mediation, and trials
  • 1st chair trial experience is preferred
  • MUST BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN TEXAS
  • Expertise in all phases of personal injury cases, from inception through litigation to trial or settlement
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience interacting directly with clients, evaluating cases, and counseling clients on legal matters professionally.
  • Comfortable working with other attorneys and litigation team members, while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
  • Bilingual skills are not required but are a plusrafting motions and memoranda​​​​​​​
