Business Profile & Eligibility Review
- Confirm active ownership or administrator status for a verified Google Business Profile
- Confirm US-based business status and English-language business communication environment
- Follow detailed project instructions for eligibility review and verification
- Provide accurate information related to business profile ownership and Google Chat usage
Google Chat Business Usage Review
- Confirm regular business use of Google Chat across direct messages and Spaces
- Meet minimum internal usage requirements, including at least 500 internal messages across DMs and Spaces
- Confirm that at least 10 employees actively use Google Chat within the business
- Confirm that less than 10% of eligible messages are from the past month
Project Participation & Documentation
- Complete required project review steps accurately and on time
- Follow instructions for any requested verification, documentation, or participation steps
- Maintain clear communication throughout the project review process
- Participate only with business accounts, materials, and access that the applicant is authorized to use
Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:
- Active ownership or administrator access to a verified Google Business Profile
- US-based business presence
- Regular Google Chat use within the business
