Evaluation Criteria & Rubric Development

  • Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for professional accounting deliverables
  • Define measurable standards covering technical accuracy, US GAAP application, supporting evidence, presentation, and completeness
  • Ensure evaluation criteria reflect realistic expectations from audit, advisory, and corporate accounting environments

  • Identify issues that may affect reporting accuracy, audit readiness, or internal review

Scoring & Written Justification

  • Provide detailed written explanations supporting each assessment decision
  • Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment across different accounting tasks and reporting scenarios
  • Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and adjust evaluation approaches efficiently

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • A CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is strongly preferred
  • Professional experience in audit, assurance, advisory, controllership, or financial reporting is highly relevant
  • Equivalent hands-on experience preparing and reviewing complex accounting deliverables may also be considered

Nice to Have

  • Experience reviewing work produced by accounting teams, auditors, or financial reporting professionals
  • Familiarity with technical accounting research and memorandum preparation
  • Experience with public-company reporting, SEC filings, or complex financial statement disclosures
  • Background developing accounting policies, close procedures, control documentation, or review standards
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition, leases, consolidations, business combinations, or other complex accounting areas
  • Previous involvement in AI evaluation, structured review, benchmarking, or quality-assurance projects
  • Experience developing accounting training materials, review frameworks, or internal guidance

Why This Opportunity
