Hospitality Industry Consultant - Tier A and Tier B (Contract) - Atlanta, GA

Engagement: 1099 contract, non-exclusive. Rate range: Tier A $75-150/hr engaged. Tier B $150-250/hr engaged. Both tiers carry referral fees. Tier B includes optional phantom equity and public credit. Location: Remote with market-based engagement. Reports to: Director of Hospitality Operations.

TWF's Premium Hospitality and Event Staffing division partners with hotels, venues, caterers, and corporate event planners across the Southeast. We are building an industry advisor bench of senior hospitality leaders who calibrate our brand standards per market, train our captain teams, and open doors that become enterprise accounts.

Who we want

Tier A (general consultants): Banquet Managers, F&B Directors, Catering Operations Directors, or convention center ops leaders with 8+ years experience.

Tier B (named expert seats - top 2-3 per state): Hotel General Managers, retired Hilton/Marriott/Hyatt regional VPs, premium independent property leaders, multi-property F&B Directors. Sitting on an advisory board for a peer firm is a plus.

What you would do

• Quarterly market-intelligence calls with TWF leadership
• Calibrate brand standards for your market (every market is different)
• Deliver training to TWF captain teams in your market as engaged
• Open senior relationships at hotels, venues, catering operators that become TWF accounts (referral fees apply)
• Optional public credit on TWF advisor page with your consent

Compensation by tier

Tier A: $0 retainer. $75-150/hr engaged. 5-10% referral fee on first-year revenue from sourced clients.

Tier B: $0 retainer. $150-250/hr engaged. 10% referral fee. Optional small phantom equity (0.05-0.15%). Public credit on firm advisor page. Long-term advisory board seat possible.

What you keep

• Non-exclusive. Keep your other consulting, board seats, hotel role.
• 30-day cancel from either party.
• NDA per engagement only.
