Short-Form Video Creator (Performance Contract) - Remote

Engagement: 1099 contractor. Performance-based. Location: Remote.

Most professional services firms are still treating TikTok, Reels, and Shorts as a place where their interns post stock-footage memes.

That is not a brand. That is filler.

The firms that win the next decade on social are the ones that put real voices in front of real cameras and ship at cadence. We are looking for original video creators who can build TWF's short-form presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a performance role with a clear climb. Lower starter rates. Real upside on view milestones.

What you would do

• Produce 4-6 original short-form videos per week (60-90 sec, vertical, captioned)
• Concept, shoot (often using TWF-supplied raw or self-recorded), edit, caption, publish
• Originals - not clips. You build the narrative from scratch.
• Themes: workforce strategy, hospitality industry commentary, behavioral health workforce, founder reflection, MBE business building
• Coordinate publishing schedule with Social Media Manager
• Track view performance and iterate

Compensation - Climbing Ladder

Stage 1 (first 90 days, mission-aligned starter rate):

• $20 per approved video
• $3 per 1,000 views above 500 baseline
• $30 milestone bonus per video that crosses 10,000 views

Stage 2 (after 25 approved videos + sustained traction):

• $35 per approved video
• $5 per 1,000 views
• $75 milestone at 10,000 views

Stage 3 (after 6 months + channel scale gate):

• $50 per approved video
• $5 per 1,000 views
• $150 milestone at 10,000 views
• $750 milestone at 100,000 views
• Revenue share % on any sponsorship traced to your content
• Senior advisor track opens

Who we want

• 1-5 years producing short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Comfortable on camera OR strong direction skills for talent who is
• Caption fluency, lower-third design instinct
• Sharp narrative instinct, brand-voice respect
• Self-directed, weekly cadence reliability

Bonus: Background in B2B services, professional content, healthcare, hospitality, or government services.
