We need EAP and BH benefit consultants who can walk an employer through program design, vendor selection, and utilization analysis.
EAP and BH benefit consultants with 5+ years experience. Former Lyra, Modern Health, Spring Health, Talkspace operators welcome. Former in-house benefits leaders at mid-market employers welcome. CEBS or SHRM-CP plus BH credential preferred.
$0 retained. $100-175/hr engaged on client work. Alternate: $2-5K/mo retainer per managed client. Referral fee on sourced clients.
