TWF is a workforce strategy and staffing firm. We launched in April 2025 and are now in Year 2 of operations. Our HR Advisory practice serves behavioral health, mental health, and human services providers across the Southeast - CMHCs, FQHCs, IDD agencies, MSOs, and state BH authorities. We are building the clinical advisor bench that gives our HR Advisory engagements the clinical depth generalist HR firms cannot match.
Licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LCMHC, LCMHCS, PsyD, PhD Clinical Psych, MD-Psychiatry, APRN-PMH, or equivalent) who have served in clinical leadership at CMHCs, FQHCs, IDD agencies, hospital BH service lines, or MSOs. You understand both clinical workflow and operational P&L. You want flexible, project-based engagement that pays for your expertise.
Tier A (general clinical consultants): $0 retained. $75-125/hr when engaged. 5-10% referral fee on first-year revenue from sourced clients.
Tier B (named expert seats - top 2-3 per state): $0 retained. $150-250/hr when engaged. 10% referral fee. Public credit on firm website. Optional small phantom equity grant (0.05-0.15%). Long-term founding-team consideration possible.
