Job description

Disney Booking Specialist

As a full-time or part-time team member, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the most beloved and magical brands in the world Disney along with many other amazing brands in the travel industry.

As a Disney Booking Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream Disney vacations and other destination vacations that your clients choose. This includes but is not limited to, providing excellent customer service, understanding and promoting various vacation packages, and ensuring all bookings are accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their vacation needs and preferences

- Utilize your extensive knowledge of vacation destinations, resorts, and packages to recommend the best options for clients

- Book reservations for clients including accommodations, dining, activities, and special experiences

- Manage and update client information and bookings in our system

- Stay up-to-date on destination promotions and discounts to provide the best deals for clients

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient booking processes

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the client experience and increase sales

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent 

- Passion for vacation destinations, resorts, and packages

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly

- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
