Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and any special requirements

- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options based on clients' needs

- Create detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, activities, and any necessary travel documents

- Manage bookings and reservations for clients, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the planning and booking process

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and travel regulations to ensure clients have a safe and enjoyable trip

- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and processes
