Position Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Online Travel Booking Agents. In this role, you will assist clients with their reservations, provide guidance on travel options, and ensure smooth planning from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Book flights, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages for clients
Provide accurate information on travel options, pricing, and policies
Assist with itinerary planning, modifications, and special requests
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Stay updated on travel promotions, industry trends, and requirements
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (not required)
Passion for travel and helping others plan memorable trips
