  • Salary: $1,200 - $1600 USD/month + Possible Bonus Commissions
  • Schedule: US Business Hours (EST, CST, MST, PST) , depending per client

Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of real estate transactions from contract to close. You will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the transaction process, coordinating with various parties involved, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all aspects of the real estate transaction process, including opening escrow, drafting contracts, and preparing closing documents.

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction.

- Facilitate communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests from all parties involved in the transaction.

- Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services required for the transaction.

- Review contracts and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor deadlines and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed within established timelines.

- Prepare and distribute status updates, reports, and other relevant information to keep stakeholders informed of the transaction progress.

- Maintain organized files and records for each transaction, ensuring all documentation is complete and readily accessible.

- Assist in resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the transaction process

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of at least 1 year of work experience as a Transaction Coordinator of a US-based Real Estate Investing Company

- Strong understanding of real estate contracts, documents, and transaction processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MLS systems, document management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.

- Understanding of Real Estate wholesaling

- Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping.

- Proficient in Real Estate CRMs
