  • Maintain detailed records of client preferences, bookings, and interactions to ensure personalized service on future trips.

Experience

  • Strong knowledge of travel planning tools, booking platforms, and reservation systems.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards to provide insightful advice.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate information clearly.
  • Passion for travel with a broad understanding of popular destinations worldwide.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple client requests efficiently.
