Client Services Representative - Remote

Do you havea background in recruiting or human resources and have an interest in becominga part of a fast growing industry?  Viridian Staffing is hiring a Client Services Representative, who willpartner closely with the Recruiting and Business Development to serve ourcustomers by building solid relationships to achieve partnership goals. 

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing (www.viridianstaffing.com) is the original, professionalstaffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizationsin and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hempindustry.

Inthis role, you'll work closely with the Business Development team in salespresentations and with the Recruiting Team to assist with any analysis of theClient's needs.  Using your exceptionalcustomer service skills, you'll help to manage and grow relationships with theClient.  As the conduit between theTalent Acquisition team and the Client, you will connect frequently with theClient to ensure all SLA's are met.  Withyour drive and can-do attitude, you will have ample opportunity to grow atViridian.  You also have a growth mindsetand are excited to learn from some of the best Recruiters globally, whilegetting the opportunity to partner with and represent them.

Youbring with you a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or similar business related degree OR 1+ year of experience in recruiting,staffing, or human resources. If you don't have experience in recruiting,staffing or human resources, ideally you have 1+ year of experience in thecannabis industry. Ideally you will also have experience in either sales orcustomer service.  You should have experiencewith Google (G-suite) products, Microsoft Word / Excel and be very comfortableusing LinkedIN.  Ideally, you'll alsohave experience using a CRM system.  Thisis a remote position, so you should have suitable space for a home office freefrom disruptions.  Part-time may beconsidered for the right candidate.
