Salesforce Experience w/Limited Bookkeeping

Work directly with a U.S. company from home.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper who also has Salesforce Experience. This is a long-term role with consistent work and clear processes.

What You’ll Do:
• Full-cycle bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, reconciliations, month-end close)
• Send invoices and follow up on collections
• Maintain vendor records and payment schedules
• Prepare reports for CPA and leadership

Salesforce Proficiency

• Lead & Contact Management: creating, updating, organizing lead/contact records; merging duplicates; maintaining clean data
• Pipeline Management: moving deals through stages, updating opportunity records, logging activities (calls, emails, meetings)
• Reports & Dashboards: pulling basic reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, activity tracking; reading dashboards to prioritize daily work
• Task & Follow-Up Management: setting reminders, follow-up tasks, using calendar/activity feed to stay on top of prospects
• Email Integration: logging emails to records (Outlook/Gmail sync), tracking opens/replies if enabled
• Basic Navigation: moving between Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Reports tabs without hand-holding
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience

Industry Background

• Manufacturing or Healthcare industry experience required

Presentation

• Well spoken, polished, and presentable
