Our team is growing, and we are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Operator to help streamline our processes and maintain accurate records.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at ROOM Properties. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and a passion for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining property-related data, customer information, and other critical records to support various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter property listings, client information, transaction records, and other relevant data into our database and management systems.
  • Data Maintenance: Review and update data regularly to ensure it is current, complete, and error-free.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital records, including lease agreements, contracts, and customer communications.
  • Database Updates: Assist in the creation and modification of data entry templates, ensuring proper categorization and formatting.
  • Reporting: Generate and prepare regular reports on property status, client inquiries, and other business metrics as requested by management.
  • Quality Control: Perform periodic audits and data validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all entries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth data flow and efficient handling of information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry, office administration, or a related role (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and comfortable using data management software (CRM systems or property management software experience is a plus).
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
