We are looking for a candidate for the position of Android Developer to join the team developing the flagship mobile application for XTB customers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing key application functionalities, with a focus on performance, code quality, and UX best practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and developing mobile applications on the Android platform in accordance with Clean Architecture and SOLID principles - you will design modern and scalable solutions based on proven architectural patterns;
Creating clear application screens in accordance with best practices and UX patterns - you will ensure the intuitiveness and aesthetics of the user interface;
Working to deliver business value by creating high-quality software - your solutions will truly support the company's goals and user needs;
Writing unit and integration tests and monitoring applications - you will ensure the stability and reliability of the functionalities you create;
Teamwork and active problem solving - you will be part of a committed team that works together to achieve the best possible results.
Requirements:
Very good knowledge of Kotlin and object-oriented programming,
Advanced knowledge of reactive/streaming solutions (Coroutines/Flow),
Advanced knowledge of Compose,
Knowledge of design patterns and best practices (MVVM, MVI, Clean Code),
Proficiency in version control systems and Gitflow,
Commercial experience in Android programming,
English language skills sufficient to read technical documentation.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Copilot) and using them to support daily work,
gRPC, Room, Firebase, Gitlab CI, Architecture Components,
Dependency Injection (Hilt), modularization, UI Tests, Figma,
Experience working with Agile methodology (Scrum).
