Essential Functions:

  1. Campaign Execution & Optimization: Take ownership of paid social and programmatic media campaigns, managing the end-to-end process from building to performance optimization within our Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and other media systems.
  2. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other media buyers to support campaign builds, Quality Assurance (QA), and optimization tasks.
  3. Analytical Strategy: Collaborate with leadership and performance teams to analyze campaign data, contribute to strategy discussions, and develop effective recommendations.
  4. Testing and Innovation: Organize and execute tests for new platforms, strategies, and digital tactics to drive better results.
  5. All other duties as assigned by iFrog Leadership.
  6. Candidates located in Easton, Maryland and surrounding areas must have the ability to work on a hybrid 3+2 office/work-from-home model (5 days at the office for the initial 90 days).

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
  2. Able to plan and build campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.

Required Education & Experience:

  1. Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  2. Experience with programmatic media buying.
  3. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding external and internal customer service.
  4. Demonstrated and consistent embodiment of iFrog’s What Matters.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Strong time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  2. Proficient with Meta Business Manager.
  3. Working knowledge of the automotive industry.
  4. Recent Google Analytics certification(s).
  5. Proficient with Google Suite.
  6. Proficient with macOS.
