About the Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of a modern SaaS platform used by thousands of customers worldwide. You'll own end-to-end product design—from early discovery and user research through polished, production-ready experiences—and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to solve complex workflow challenges.

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery through implementation.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering to define product strategy and user experience.
• Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design complex workflows that balance usability with powerful functionality.
• Contribute to and evolve the company's design system and component library.
• Use data, customer feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve product experiences.
• Advocate for exceptional user experience across the organization.
• Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products for B2B SaaS applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, interaction design, and polished visual design.
• Experience designing complex web applications, dashboards, or workflow-based software.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ability to simplify complex technical problems into intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing products for logistics, supply chain, transportation, or other operational software.
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
• Experience working in high-growth startup or SaaS environments.
