  • Coordinate customer onboarding, training, integrations, and go-live readiness.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
  • Support continuous improvement of implementation processes and documentation.
  • Manage customer communications throughout the implementation lifecycle, including project updates, training communications, release announcements, and other customer-facing communications.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of project management or implementation experience.
  • Experience implementing healthcare technology, SaaS, or digital health solutions.
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations, including health systems, provider groups, and health plans, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
