This role requires the ability to evaluate client needs and present multiple tailored solutions. The Senior Consultant also oversees client and project management activities including budget monitoring, billing, collections, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Senior Consultants at Stambaugh Ness specialize in one of three Vantagepoint module tracks — Finance, CRM, or Resource Planning/Project Management — while maintaining cross-functional awareness across the other modules. This role requires a Vantagepoint certification in the primary specialization and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to deliver seamless, high-quality client outcomes. Advancement to the Principal Consultant level is available based on skillset and performance.

What you’ll do at SN:

  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • Develop client-ready deliverables, recommendations, and implementation plans.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.

Project & Client Management

  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Monitor project billing, collections, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify out-of-scope requests and support change order development when appropriate.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal consulting, sales, and technical teams.

Business Development & Practice Growth
