Senior Account Manager | elk Marketing
At elk Marketing, we’re a fast-growing digital agency serving brands like Arc’teryx, goodr, and Built Bar with sharp, high-performance SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social strategies. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Senior Account Executive (SAE) to own client relationships, drive deliverables forward, and help our internal teams do their best work.

Proactively identify revenue growth opportunities and support new business pitches
Your Day-to-Day
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, managing communication across Slack, email, and Asana
Collaborate with SEO and Paid Media Strategists to shape strategy, prepare for client conversations, and ensure seamless execution across service lines, acting as a strategic partner and connector between clients and internal teams
Oversee strategy execution, budgets, and timelines across multiple service lines
QA deliverables such as decks, landing pages, and creative assets for consistency and quality
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on performance data, client goals, and gaps in strategy
