Across YouTube, FAST and AVOD, we manage and monetize over 1000 premium channels for owned and partner brands, supported by deep operational expertise and long-standing platform relationships.

Purpose of the Role:

WildBrain is looking for a Media Operations Analyst to join our Media Solution team and help shape and support WildBrain’s digital, commercial and marketing strategies for both our owned Kids & Family franchises, and third-party clients. 

Reporting to the Media Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing always-on and tentpole digital paid media campaigns as part of an integrated digital marketing approach.  

Working closely with the Digital Marketing, Distribution, FAST/AVOD and YouTube Network teams, you will create and execute strategies to grow and engage adult, parent and child audiences online, promote licensed products, events and launches and drive content awareness and consumption. 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute paid media campaigns on digital platforms to drive growth, awareness and conversions for owned and client campaigns.
  • Work with the Media Operations Manager to develop, implement and analyze bespoke media strategies that amplify our owned messaging across social, YouTube, search, network and emerging platforms to adult fans, parents, and children.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, content, and product, to ensure the successful setup, execution and optimization of advertising campaigns across WildBrain’s YouTube Reserve network.
  • Ensure creatives comply with industry standards, platform guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
  • Manage media budgets to maximise return and track spend and payments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising, sharing insights with internal teams and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, revenue tracking, and ad operations metrics, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with ad sales and partnerships teams to create media plans and define targeting strategies that answer briefs.
  • Ensure all material and activity is of appropriate quality and complies with relevant guidelines and procedures. Ensure the correct functioning of escalation and issue management procedures.
  • Ensure campaigns are managed in-line with the agreed strategy and in the brand’s tone of voice, and the agreed strategy is translated into creative briefs.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrable experience of creating and executing digital campaigns across a variety of platforms and tools (e.g. Google Ads (YouTube, Search, Display), META Ads Manager, TikTok, Spotify, Pinterest, FAST Channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability present strategies and ideas to a variety of audiences.
  • Collaborative spirit, working seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.
  • Working to tight deadlines and managing key stakeholder relationships - an organised and proactive person.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and strategic skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and recognize the story it tells.
  • An excellent knowledge of the digital landscape and experience of online video and social media platforms.
  • A passion for CTV, innovative digital brands and Children’s brands and content. You will keep up to date with current industry trends. You can adapt to a rapidly changing environment and develop skills according to the changing needs of the business.
  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Advertising fields, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge of advertising to children an advantage.
