Job description

Our Story

TopDog Law is not your typical law firm. We're a nationally scaling personal injury firm built for impact and growth — owning the client experience end-to-end, from marketing and intake through litigation. We believe that world-class marketing, paired with exceptional legal talent and operations, creates better experiences and outcomes for clients and the business alike.

Over the past three years, we've grown 2–3x year over year, setting a new standard on the marketing side of the personal injury space and proving what's possible when strategy, speed, and execution align. Now we're applying that same discipline and innovation to firm operations, case management, and national scale — intentionally building the infrastructure, systems, and teams to grow without sacrificing quality, culture, or accountability.

We are a fully remote team that share trust, open communication, and a commitment to doing great work. If you love ownership, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want to help build something exceptional, you'll feel right at home here.

The Opportunity

A field-based business development role responsible for absorbing and getting to know TDL's existing provider network while proactively sourcing and closing new medical provider relationships nationally through in-person outreach and cold meetings. Owns relationships end-to-end ; inherited and newly closed. riving performance, case volume, and outcomes. This person kicks off TDL's facetime-driven provider strategy and builds a scalable structure that can later be split across regional owners as the network grows.

What You Will Own

  • Absorb ownership of TDL's existing provider network — build in-person familiarity with current providers, understand relationship history, and establish continuity where prior points of contact have shifted
  • Travel extensively (majority of time on the road) to cold-call, meet, and pitch prospective medical providers in markets without existing coverage, building the pipeline from scratch
  • Close new provider relationships and transition them into an active, performing part of the network
  • Own ongoing relationship management for both existing and new providers — cadence, communication, and performance tracking
  • Establish and document a repeatable outreach-to-management playbook that can scale and eventually be handed off to regional owners
  • Partner with the medical/data team on provider onboarding, network foundation, and accountability standards
  • Report on pipeline activity, relationship health, and provider performance metrics across the full network

What You Bring

Required:

  • Background in personal injury (PI) with experience building provider or attorney relationships preferred — comfortable with either given the crossover
  • Proven comfort with cold outreach and in-person sales/pitching, not just account maintenance
  • Self-starter able to work independently in the field with heavy travel
  • Track record of converting new relationships into performing, revenue-generating partnerships, as well as reinvigorating existing ones
