CSM Georgia is looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join our expanding fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement.
JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATION
Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of Auxiliary Engines and other machinery equipment.
Holder of valid COC (STCW Reg III/1) with verification.
Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position.
Experience with multicultural working environment.
Experience on oil tankers, preferably VLCC/Suezmax/Aframax.
Basic knowledge of engine room machinery and tanker systems.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English language.
Safety culture and mindset.
VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Minimum experience requirements: 8 months in Rank with the same type/size of vessel.
Experience onboard same vessel tonnage is mandatory.
Experience in Steam Turbines cargo pump system is recommended.
Experience with Crude Oil and STS cargo operations.
Experience in trading area USA and Australia is recommended.
CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Contract Duration [6 months +/- 1 month]
