Job Title: Part-Time Tax Coach (Contractor) - Approximately 8 hours a week - Must be Fluent in English and French & reside in Canada

About the role:


This is not a sales position; our financial counselors host pre-scheduled appointments with members.  This is a remote role with very limited travel required.


We’re searching for financial professionals who have a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals. We provide full-spectrum financial coaching and education, and we are specifically interested in CPAs or Tax Preparer EFILE Registered to guide members through tax planning.

What you bring to the table:

        4-year degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience) as well as 5+ years experience in tax planning, personal tax prep, audits, etc.

        Proven track record persuading clients to engage or upgrade to value-added services and solutions

        Motivational skills to inspire behavioral change around personal financial habits

        Superlative listening skills that lead you to empathy and understanding

       CPA, CFP, or comparable certifications (preferred)

        A high level of skill and comfort with technology

        An openness to a culture of continuous development and improvement

        A willingness to support our members two evenings a week 

        A passion for helping people in need
