About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Telehealth Occupational Therapist to join our growing remote care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, virtual occupational therapy services to children across Washington State, helping them build essential life skills, improve motor development, and support their cognitive, sensory, and emotional growth.

This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity ideal for clinicians who are passionate about pediatric care and value work-life balance.


Schedule & Compensation

  • Flexible scheduling: 2–5 days per week
  • Evening availability preferred (coverage until 7:00 PM)
  • Compensation: $38–$46/hour depending on experience
  • Part-time and pay-per-billable-hour models available

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Evaluations: Perform comprehensive telehealth assessments to identify each child’s strengths and needs
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized, goal-oriented therapy plans in collaboration with families and care teams
  • Deliver Therapy Services: Provide evidence-based interventions through virtual platforms to promote functional independence
  • Family Coaching: Guide parents, caregivers, and educators on strategies to support progress at home and in daily routines
  • Track Progress: Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing client progress
  • Collaborate with Providers: Partner with multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., speech therapists, physical therapists, pediatricians) to ensure coordinated care
  • Provide Education: Recommend adaptive tools and techniques to enhance daily functioning
  • Utilize Technology: Effectively use telehealth platforms and maintain accurate, compliant documentation

Qualifications

  • Residency: Must reside in Washington State
  • Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required)
  • Licensure: Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license
  • Experience: Pediatric OT experience required; telehealth experience strongly preferred
