Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Account Manager to join our team. The Pharmacy Account Manager is part of the Account Management team, which supports both wholesale and accounting customers. In this role, the Pharmacy Account Manager is the primary connection between PharmaForce and assigned accounts—building relationships, resolving issues, and driving measurable results.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused. Is skilled in critical thinking and problem solving. Will have experience in account management, client support, and process improvement. Has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and is passionate about delivering a positive customer impact and growing client relationships. 

This is a remote position for candidates based in the United States. You’ll work with teams and clients nationwide, spanning every time zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned accounts and customers 
  • Provide timely, clear communication to clients
  • Monitor and respond to customer support tickets
  • Handle incoming calls and navigate the support queue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively solve problems
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and problem solving 
  • Manage pharmacy terminations when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates per standard operating procedures 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Ensure all activities comply with PharmaForce’s Code of Business Conduct, federal and state laws, and professional standards


 Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years’ experience as a 340B Pharmacy Account Manager
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Excellent customer service and client support skills
  • Knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within a team

Preferred 

  • 340B ACE certification
  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician
  • Previous experience in 340B, healthcare, or the pharmacy industry
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
