Prioritizing innovation and client-focused solutions, we assist major agencies in addressing intricate issues and ensuring a more secure future.

AGE Solutions is seeking a versatile Pricing & Program Control Analyst to support both strategic pricing initiatives and program financial execution within the federal contracting environment. This role is primarily responsible for leading cost volume development and pricing strategy across a range of proposal types and contract vehicles. Simultaneously, the position plays a critical role in supporting program financial management, including cost tracking, burn rate analysis, and forecast updates, particularly on awarded contracts. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, seamlessly shifting between proposal development and financial operations to ensure pricing integrity is maintained from bid through execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Pricing Support:
    • Lead the development of price strategies, pricing models, and cost volumes for proposals ranging from $10K to over $8B.
    • Support cradle-to-grave pricing lifecycle, from requirements analysis to pricing submission and negotiation.
    • Analyze BOEs, labor mixes, escalation factors, and subcontractor pricing inputs for accuracy and compliance.
    • Develop Price-to-Win (PTW) scenarios and competitive assessments using intelligence gathered from previous proposals and market research.
    • Ensure alignment with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA regulations.
    • Collaborate with capture managers, contracts, HR, technical leads, and partners to produce compliant and compelling cost proposals.
    • Create and maintain pricing templates, rate libraries, and internal workflows
  • Program Financial Analysis:
    • Support ongoing contracts by analyzing and reporting on program financial performance, including EACs, ETCs, burn rates and variance analysis.
    • Participate in monthly reviews (IPRs), forecasting, and financial status reporting.
    • Maintain data integrity between pricing baselines and program execution.
    • Partner with program managers to ensure financial goals align with operational performance.
    • Support transition from proposal to execution phases to ensure pricing assumptions translate effectively.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of pricing experience within the federal contracting space, with exposure to program control or financial analyst roles.
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to pivot between new business and ongoing operational support.
    • Demonstrated experience with major GWACs, GSA MAS, and IDIQ vehicles.
    • Proven success pricing a variety of contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF)
    • Strong analytical skills, including modeling in financial tools, i.e. Excel, SharePoint
    • Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations, TINA, and CAS.
    • Deep understanding of cost accounting, labor category mapping, and basis of estimate development.
    • Ability to operate independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Location:
    • This is a remote position within the United States requiring occasional travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance.
  • Background supporting program execution as part of a project control or finance team.
  • Experience with DCAA audits and cost estimation systems.
  • PMP, CPA, or similar credentials (not required).
