Technical Implementation Manager

Remote Europe or Hybrid in Barcelona / Palma

Nuitée is hiring a Technical Implementation Manager to own the client onboarding journey and become the first-line technical point of contact for our demand partners.

You'll be the person who takes a client from signed deal to live and trading: running onboarding calls, coordinating API integrations, credentials and connectivity, keeping every internal team on schedule, and being the first point of contact when something technical needs fixing.

This is a new role at Nuitée. As our demand-side client base grows, onboarding needs to move fast. Your job is to be that owner: the single point of contact who keeps every step: from signature to go-live, moving smoothly.

A good way to think of it is: you're the single thread connecting the client, and everyone internally who needs to make onboarding happen.

Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, and was already profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel. Growing our direct demand-side client base is a growing priority for the company, and this role is central to making that growth work the way it should.

The kind of problems you'll work on:

• How do we get a client from signed deal to live and trading in days, not weeks?
• How do we make sure API and connectivity setup is right the first time, so it doesn't turn into a support ticket later?
• How do we resolve technical issues fast, and know exactly when to escalate versus solve directly?
• How do we build the SOPs and documentation that let onboarding scale without depending on one person's memory?

This role fits someone who:

• Has 4+ years of experience in technical implementation, onboarding, integration, technical account management, customer success, operations or travel technology
• Has worked directly with APIs, integrations, connectivity or technical implementations
• Is confident leading technical calls with clients and explaining complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Understands API integrations, connectivity, testing and certification, and isn't intimidated by troubleshooting technical issues, logs, or system data
• Is organised and structured, able to run multiple onboarding pipelines and open tickets at once without dropping any of them
• Is customer-focused, with a proactive instinct for solving problems before they become bigger ones
• Is comfortable with ambiguity — this role and its processes are being built from scratch

Bonus if you've worked with OTAs, bedbanks, travel technology or hotel distribution.

You will do well here if you are hands-on, organised, and energised by owning a process end to end.

This is less suited to someone who wants a fully defined playbook from day one, prefers to stay behind the scenes, or needs heavy structure before they can move.
