Job description

About the Role

A fast-moving, pre-seed generative AI research lab — specializing in human-centric image and video generation for professional creatives — is hiring a Founding GTM Lead to own end-to-end go-to-market execution. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy founding role: you'll work directly with the founding team to turn cutting-edge AI product capability into commercial traction, shape early customer relationships, and build the repeatable GTM playbook from scratch. The company serves creative industries including gaming, film & VFX, agencies, fashion, and digital human experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Own early go-to-market execution across community, content, partnerships, and targeted outreach.

  • Build and manage relationships with design partners and early customers in creator, studio, and agency segments.

  • Recruit and organize participants for ongoing product research and user testing.

  • Drive early commercial conversations, demos, pilots, and structured feedback channels.

  • Collaborate with product leadership on positioning, messaging, ICP definition, and pricing strategy.

  • Deliver clear, structured market feedback to accelerate product decision-making.

  • Track the competitive landscape of GenAI creative tools, workflows, and evolving user expectations.

  • Represent the company externally with credibility, strong EQ, and confident storytelling.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 4–8+ years in GTM, partnerships, growth, or client-facing roles at startups or fast-moving environments.

  • Proven experience in at least one motion: B2B partnerships/sales (pilots, early deals) and/or B2C growth (community/creator funnels).

  • 3+ years serving professional creatives at creative tools companies, agencies, creator platforms, or production studios.

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on exposure to GenAI products and workflows; comfortable using AI tools as part of daily GTM work.

  • Full-cycle sales experience: discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and building CRM/outbound sequences from scratch.

  • Strong customer-facing skills, execution-driven mindset, and ability to operate independently in ambiguous, early-stage settings.

  • Comfortable selling a product still being built; fast-paced communicator who takes ownership well beyond a job description.

Nice to have:

  • Background at a generative AI, creative software, or visual media company (e.g. similar to Runway, Luma AI, Stability AI, Midjourney, Synthesia, or Adobe).

  • Experience launching or scaling a GTM motion at a company with fewer than 20 employees.

  • Familiarity with API-led or developer-facing GTM motions alongside end-user creative workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $150,000 – $185,000 USD annually

  • Early-stage equity commensurate with a founding team member

  • Visa sponsorship available where applicable

Location

Fully remote (US-based, New York preferred) or based in Zurich or Warsaw. Occasional travel expected. Visa sponsorship is available where applicable.
