This position is primarily remote; however, travel will be required, with an estimated travel commitment of approximately 35%.

Job Description:

Blake Willson Group is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to support quality assurance, data validation, remediation, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have experience developing QC processes, validating data accuracy, documenting findings, and managing corrective actions. This role will ensure the accuracy and reliability of operational data, dashboards, and reporting products while identifying process improvements through data analysis, root cause analysis, and quality control best practices. In this position, you will also:

  • Develop and maintain internal quality control procedures supporting remediation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
  • Conduct recurring quality control reviews to validate the accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of remediation actions and deliverables.
  • Document QC findings, including deficiencies, corrective actions, recurring issues, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Maintain corrective action logs and track deficiencies through resolution using structured tracking tools and monthly updates.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring data quality issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain and update digital QC plans, trackers, and reporting artifacts for monthly reviews.
  • Validate data accuracy within dashboards, trend analyses, and remediation metrics to ensure reliable reporting.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies, improve processes, and support quality objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), QC plans, logs, and structured reports.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience developing and executing quality assurance methodologies, quality control processes, and validation workflows.
  • 4+ years of experience performing data validation, analyzing metrics, and ensuring the accuracy of dashboards, reports, and operational data.
  • 4+ years of experience documenting processes, managing corrective actions, performing root cause analysis, and developing process improvement recommendations.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience validating Power BI dashboards, including data models, measures, calculations, and visual accuracy.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Dataverse, and workflow automation tools.
  • Understanding of real-property accountability, remediation processes, and federal data systems.
  • Experience applying Lean or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends, deficiencies, and performance metrics.
  • Experience developing quality control plans, standard operating procedures, and executive-level reporting.

At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
